Hall of Honor

 The Blackhawks Hall of Honor - Dedicated to those players who have distinguished themselves above and beyond the call of duty. There are four sections detailing the 4 awards currently available to players. Any hawk may nominate any other hawk of equal or lower rank.

        Distinguished Service Medal

- This medal awarded to members who have served with honor and distinction in the cause of helping others.

Barock - Awarded 6/21/07 - Barock frequently assists others through many different means. He consistently aids in combat, guild advice, crafting, and many other areas. Known as a hawk who will help anyone in need, Barock has served with honor and distinction in the guild since 2002.

Cookee - Awarded 6/21/07 - Cookee contributes to the guild in many unconventional ways. He is always striving to keep guild chat and the guild forums lively and fun. He brings a unique sense of humor (and 9 gazillion alts) to the team.

     The Silver Cluster

- This medal awarded to members who in the course of combat, show extraordinary courage a valor in battle.

      The Order of the Platinum Wings

- This medal awarded to members who make significant and lasting contributions to the team.

   The Blackhawks Medal of Honor

- The highest honor that can be bestowed upon a member of the guild. This award given to members who strive to embody the true spirit of the team. These players live and play as true Blackhawks. They demonstrate excellence of play and exceptional dedication to the guild.

Alemos - Awarded 6/21/07 - Alemos is one of those individuals who truly embody what the guild stands for. He serves the guild with honor, class, humility, a willingness to help and a wonderful sense of humor. A member of the hawks since our Star Wars Galaxies days, Alemos has ascended to the rank of Guild Council, where he continues to server with distinction. We are honored to have him with us, and proud to call him friend.

                The Silver Cluster Medal

This Combat Medal given to Players who have shown extreme valor, bravery, and honor in service to the Blackhawks Guild. Each Inductee will include a description of their merits.

Star Wars Galaxies Winners

Earth and Beyond Winners.

GSA  - is always willing to help out in a fight. This particular award given for meritorious service in organizing the team's victories in three epic events in one week ( OCD and the level 66 Ascendant Voltoi - twice) GSA's selfless attitude, hard work, patience and leadership are truly an asset to the Blackhawks team.

Mjoelner - For bravery above and beyond the call of duty and for great personal sacrifice and valor during combat actions. Most notably for rescuing a large number of pilots during the final battle to defeat the Ten-gu. As a player, a man of great integrity, selflessness and honor.

     The Platinum Wing Squadron

Members of this group have contributed significantly to the success of the team. Reflects contributions made both in and/or out of game.

Earth and Beyond Winners

Pottsey - As one of the premiere players in the guild, and a member of the Blackhawks Council, Pottsey is always neck deep in some kind of adventure. He has been instrumental in getting the OCD quest accomplished for the team, researching the ongoing storyline, and authoring the Galaxy Guide as well. In spite of doing all of this, he still finds plenty of time to help others of any level in the best Blackhawk Tradition.

Zhaal  - Zhaal has been instrumental in the success of the Blackhawks since very early on.  He has been the chief programmer for this website and has designed all of the applications contained herein (and a few that work behind the scenes to help me do updates). Additionally  Zhaal is the first person to put himself in harms way to help out someone else in trouble. One of our most loyal and trusted officers, Zhaal truly helps to make the Blackhawks what they are today.

Legolauss - A tough warrior, trusted friend and staunch ally. "lego" is always willing to jump into a fight or come to the aid of any hawk in need. Whenever the call of Blackhawk Down goes out - lego is usually in on the rescue

Fafhrd  - Fafhrd is one of the most selfless members of the Blackhawks team. His honorable actions in combat shortly after joining led to him becoming the fastest ever to reach the rank of Sergeant. Always willing to lend a hand in game (or out of it - his donation paid for our domain name for the next two years), Fafhrd is one of the most dependable and helpful, of the Blackhawks team.

     The Blackhawks Medal of Honor

This award given to those players who, with great honor and distinction, have shown consistent excellence of play and dedication to the team. These are players who truly make the game experience more enjoyable.

Earth and Beyond winners.

Orla - One of our earliest and longest tenured members, and a member of the Blackhawks Council, Orla is definitely the best example of Blackhawks spirit. Joining the team very early on , on Dec 13, 2002, Orla quickly became one of the best known 'hawks. Whether strip mining her beloved clouds, or doing the trademark "Orla Rumpshake" (included free with every reactor), Orla has shown great poise, judgment, and the overall positive outlook that helps to make the Blackhawks a special part of the Earth and Beyond Universe.

Giuseppe - A longtime member of the Blackhawks since its earliest days, Giuseppe joined the hawks on Oct 14,2002, just one month after the founding of the team. "Gus" , as he is known among those of us incapable of typing "Giuseppe" correctly on the first try, quickly became the team's "go to" guy when it came to Terran tradesmen services. Now, Gus is our Chief Engineer and a member of the Blackhawks Council. His wisdom, patience, and willingness to be the voice of reason when some others,  may occasionally falter make him more than a valuable member of the team, but also a trusted friend.
